We are proud to say that we maintain a 99% order entry accuracy. In the order entry process we can capture statistical information from your customer such as demographics and marketing codes. Drop ship orders can also be generated to your vendors during order entry. Once the order has been processed and shipped, your customer will receive email confirmation notices on all orders and shipments, including tacking numbers and direct links to carriers.
