  • Is my company big enough for fulfillment services?
  • No company is too small to benefit from outsourced fulfillment services. Whether you have 10 or 10,000 customers, we're here to help you get the most out of your customer relationships.

  • I need some light assembly work done, in addition to fulfillment. Can you help?
  • Yes! We welcome special projects. Handwork is not a problem. Assembly and kitting is available, please contact us to quote your specific project.

  • Will I have a dedicated customer support person helping me? Will I be able to contact that person directly?
  • Yes, you will be assigned to an individual on our customer service team and provided with his or her contact information. During regular business hours, you will receive a response within two hours or, typically, within a few minutes. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers promptly.

  • What is the average turn around time for fulfillment orders?
  • Orders received by 2:00pm CST ship the same day.

  • Will you process returns?
  • Yes, our customer service representatives will assign a return authorization number based on your specific needs and requirements.

  • Can you manage backorder shipping?
  • Orders can be held and back ordered items can be fulfilled once stock has been replenished.

  • Can I add extra carrier package insurance?
  • Insurance can be added to any order at the time of shipping. The insurance cost will be billed to you or your customer accordingly.

  • What will the inventory storage charge be?
  • Storage charges can vary depending on # of bins, pallets, equipment, security, etc. Charges will be based upon your specific storage needs.

  • How do I ship my inventory to you? How does receiving work?
  • Your merchandise should be efficiently packed with an itemized packing list enclosed. At time of receipt, we carefully inspect and count your merchandise. Any discrepancies will be communicated to you at the time of receipt. Documentation will be kept on file for your reference. You will receive an inventory report on a schedule that best suits your needs. Merchandise arriving without a packing list, requiring labeling or individual bagging will be charged accordingly for additional labor.

  • What are my packaging options? Do I pay extra for packaging materials?
  • Our standard packaging includes JiffyLite mailers or 200# test cartons filled with bubble wrap, peanuts or Kraft paper. You can provide any special packaging as needed. Or, we will be happy to purchase your special packaging materials for you at an additional cost.

  • Do you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee? Who takes responsibility if something goes wrong?
  • If we make an error, such as shipping the wrong product or incorrect quantity, we will retrieve the incorrect merchandise and send the replacement merchandise at our expense.

  • What is your company privacy policy?
  • Your company is kept private unless permission is granted from you for our use.
